What's the difference between marine and bovine collagen?
Marine collagen (OceanGlo) is Type I — the collagen most abundant in skin — with the lowest molecular weight for the highest absorption, ideal for skin, hair, nails and anti-ageing. Bovine collagen (our Glotrition) provides Types I & III for broader structural, joint and gut support. Many customers use both.
How do I take it?
Add one 10g scoop to 250ml of any hot or cold drink and stir until dissolved. For daily maintenance, 1 scoop a day. For a targeted boost (deeper wrinkles, brittle nails, thinning hair or a dull complexion), take 2 scoops daily for the first 4 weeks, then drop to 1.
How soon will I see results?
